At MentalGrace, all products are custom-made to order, which means they are specifically crafted just for you. Due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment, MentalGrace does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact the MentalGrace business email within 14 days of receiving your order. MentalGrace will happily replace the item or provide a refund if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your request.

Order Details: Please carefully review your order details, including product specifications, sizes, and designs, before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Sizing Issues: As MentalGrace products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. We recommend consulting the size charts available on each product page to ensure a proper fit.
